CARAGUM acts to preserve the planet
The moving into our new Headquarters and production unit has been the catalyst for many initiatives within the company. First of all, we wanted a healthy work environment, in harmony with nature. The green patio as well as the walls in the entrance and in the corridor leading to the R&D lab are covered with real plants (photo below).
We installed an « insect hotel » and when all the flowers have grown, our friends ladybugs, bees and other bumblebees will be able to forage and keep pests such as aphids away.
Our future initiatives
CARAGUM International® has been sponsoring a beehive for the past two years in the Queyras region and we plan to increase this sponsorship and even install several hives on the roof of our headquarters.
We have also already made contact with several associations for the protection of the coastline and the forest areas of the commune of Le Rove to see with them how we could act. As a reminder, the commune of Le Rove has been classified 2000 hectares which makes it the largest preserved territory of the « Côte Bleue ».)
